Is this real human hair?
Yes — raw, cuticle-aligned human hair with the cuticle intact and running one direction. It can be bleached, coloured, straightened and curled like your own hair.
How do I attach it?
Pull your own hair into a bun or low pony, wrap the strap around the base, tighten the drawstring, and wrap the flap of hair over to hide it. About two minutes. A clip-in version is available if you prefer.
Which length should I pick?
14–18" sits around mid-back, 22–26" reaches the waist, 28–30" sits at the hip. Height of your ponytail changes the drop, so send us a photo and we'll advise.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Tracked courier, typically 3–7 working days. You get the tracking number the day your order is dispatched.
Can I return it?
Unopened ponytails with the original ties intact can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Coloured or cut units are made to order and can't be returned.
How long does it last?
Wash with a sulphate-free shampoo every 1–2 weeks, condition mid-length to ends, air-dry, and store flat in satin. Cared for this way a ponytail lasts well over a year.
